RJN Named A 2022 Zweig Group Best Firms To Work For

RJN Group Inc. has been named a Zweig Group Best Firms To Work For company. With approximately 170 employees spread across offices from Chicago to Houston to Baltimore, achieving this recognition took a tremendous effort from our nationwide team.

RJN Vice President of Human Resources Gary Wendel said that he is very grateful for the dedication and support of RJN's employees for their part in creating an award-winning culture.

It is always the hope that the culture a company aspires to achieve is actually experienced by its employees,” Wendel said. “This award is evidence that does occur at RJN, and I'm delighted to share in this achievement along with all of RJN's employee-owners."

"When employees are passionate about their work and their company, that passion shows through to the clients and customers. That's especially true here at RJN," he added.

According to a press release from Zweig Group—a Fayetteville, Arkansas research, publishing, and advisory services firm for the architecture, engineering, and construction industry—firms who receive the award have “created an environment where their people feel valued, can make a difference, and can clearly see where their contribution fits into the overall mission and success of the firm.”

To be selected as a Best Firms To Work For company, employees must first complete a survey. The results of which are then analyzed across numerous categories, including culture, workplace practices, benefits, retention rates, and professional development.

“The Best Firms To Work For program is a powerful view of what the employee experience looks like in today’s top AEC firms,” said Zweig Group CEO Chad Clinehens.

No stranger to the spotlight, RJN has also been recognized as an industry leader many times: Engineering News Record, Top 200 Environmental Firm; Engineering News Record, Top 500 Design Firm; and 18th in Trenchless Technology’s list of Top 50 Trenchless Design Firms.
