RJN is pleased to announce that Jose Maldonado, PE, has joined RJN’s senior leadership team as vice president. Jose will now oversee operations for RJN’s Houston office. His promotion to vice president is effective immediately.
Jose said that he was honored to receive the opportunity and he looked forward to integrating his unique leadership perspectives into RJN’s Houston office’s dynamic.
I am looking forward to bringing my experience with delivering exceptional engineering solutions to RJN's clients in an expanded capacity as vice president,” Maldonado said. “As vice president, it is my goal to continue and enhance the Houston office's tradition of leadership that fosters a culture of growth for our remarkable people and promotes the relentless pursuit of efficiency.”

RJN Principal and Senior Vice President Daniel Jackson, PE, said that in his brief tenure with RJN, Jose has already created a significant impact.

Jose has demonstrated a penchant for leadership, mentoring, and a deep engineering acumen. Jose's character and work ethic are exceptional, and I couldn't be more excited for him and our team as we continue to grow in South Texas."
Mr. Maldonado has over 20 years of engineering experience with enhancing performance and extending the service life of water and wastewater systems across the South Central United States.
