RJN’s AVA service, powered by Kenwave's Dynamic Response Imaging (DRI), identifies which parts of a water distribution line are holding up and which are starting to fail, all while maintaining access to drinking water for citizens.

Traditional condition assessments may only produce average results across an entire pipeline, often masking early signs of weakness. AVA provides resolution detail, down to as small as six feet, using vibroacoustic analysis to capture how each section responds to varying applied frequencies. By literally making your pipes sing, the process reveals where deterioration is beginning and where the pipe remains strong.

Each sensor records sound and vibration frequencies as it moves through the pipe. Proprietary algorithms (created by Kenwave) analyze frequency responses that indicate potential pipeline trouble spots.
