Wood Dale, Illinois – The Addison Road Water Main in Wood Dale was constructed using open cut and trenchless techniques and was completed in multiple phases over the course of three years. Directional drilling facilitated construction at the Addison Road crossing and through the Salt Creek Forest Preserve limiting construction restoration costs. In addition to a topographic survey and utility locates, the project also required IEPA, Forest Preserve, and DuDOT permitting.
Garland, Texas – The West Pressure Plane improvements involved analyzing three route alternatives for the 24-inch main traveling from the pump station. An assessment of the localized storm sewers, pavement conditions, and sanitary sewers was also conducted as part of the analysis. Designs were prepared for the 24-inch water main as well as storm sewers and pavement replacement along the alignment.
