Terrace leverages his design and hydraulic analysis experience to advise on utility assessment programs, which have totaled over 2,000 miles of linear pipe. His engineering specialties include capacity evaluations, design alternative comparison, accelerated construction, community outreach, regulatory compliance, capital budgeting and funding, and water conservation.
