10M LF of Hydraulic Models & Master Plans

What we usually consider as impossible are simply engineering problems. Overcoming those challenges takes a team brainstorming and thinking outside the manhole. So, I look to other industries (gadget makers, drone programmers, entrepreneurs, or even distillers) to see what's successful and then apply it to wastewater utility systems."

Randy's engineering portfolio includes construction management, large diameter pipe assessments, analysis and feasibility studies, and design.  He is inspired by helping clients solve problems to better the lives of their community members, including the one he lives and works in. Building client understanding of the big picture and connecting the dots to uncover synergies in the system makes him a favorite with utility owners and municipal planners alike.

The experience that sets him apart

In order to sustain the growing population and the utilities serving them, he challenges his team to think differently about how to manage wastewater, and it’s this innovative thinking that motivates him for the next challenge. During his tenure, Randy has provided vital engineering insights and management expertise on over 100+ projects throughout Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma
