From calculating hydraulic system behavior to the dashboard overview of system health; she can pivot to accommodate the most rigorous engineering goals. She is trusted to provide guidance on MS4 regulatory compliance and stormwater asset planning for numerous communities across the U.S.
Noelle's in-depth development of storm asset management programs is built from a strong collaboration with the client at the beginning of a project. She strives to understand the client needs, system limitations, and performance hurdles; in order to find the most ideal solution for their infrastructure needs. Noelle's repertoire includes over 400,000 LF of stormwater asset management, multiple large-scale stormwater hydraulic modeling projects (including 2D modeling); and 90% of her infrastructure clients return to RJN for additional work.
