RJN employee owners want to have a voice in their communities. They actively serve local organizations in a number of ways, and make personal contributions as well. We like to think that in our own way, we help to make a difference to those in need, to families in crisis, and to the greater health of our society. Employee activities include:

• teaching boy and girl scouts
• working soup kitchens for the homeless at Thanksgiving
• working Special Olympics
• assisting with food drives for the hungry
• participate in the Avon 3-Day Walk
• volunteer for hospice
• providing holiday meals and gifts for the needy
• working fund raisers for the American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Society, and Walk for Autism
• purchasing school supplies for the needy
• holiday gifts for the disabled
• participated in Habitat for Humanity
• animal rescue activity
