RJN employee owners want to have a voice in their communities. They actively serve local organizations in a number of ways, and make personal contributions as well. We like to think that in our own way, we help to make a difference to those in need, to families in crisis, and to the greater health of our society. Employee activities include:
- teaching boy and girl scouts
- working soup kitchens for the homeless at Thanksgiving
- working Special Olympics
- assisting with food drives for the hungry
- participate in the Avon 3-Day Walk
- volunteer for hospice
- providing holiday meals and gifts for the needy
- working fund raisers for the American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Society, and Walk for Autism
- purchasing school supplies for the needy
- holiday gifts for the disabled
- participated in Habitat for Humanity
- animal rescue activity
