CASS WORKS is a complete asset management solution that allows you to build infrastructure and plant inventories; maintain condition assessments; track service requests and work orders; provide job costing and performance measures; manage warehouse inventory; and centralizes maintenance planning and scheduling.

CASS View, a GIS viewing application, interfaces the asset and work management data in CASS WORKS with your agency’s GIS Data. The CASS View Module requires the RJN CASS WORKS System.

CASS CIP is a predictive model that produces various capital plan scenarios based upon time, money and level of service. CASS CIP utilizes your agency’s data sets and produces results based upon user configurable decision trees.

The CASS View GIS Viewing Application provides CASS WORKS® users with immediate access to asset attribute data, service request and work order history, locations, as built, digital photos, and any other features available in your agency’s GIS data. With this module users may:




  • View closed service request and maintenance activity by location.
  • See open service requests or work orders by address
  • Display open service requests or work orders by location across multiple departments
  • Create maps of maintenance activity such as locations of major failures or complaints
  • Make maps that can be annotated (red-lined) and attached with printed CASS WORKS service requests or work orders.
  • Group multiple assets on a map by using selection tools and creating a work order in CASS WORKS.
  • Select an asset on a map and insert structure number into a CASS WORKS work order.
  • Utilize extensive bi-directional communication between CASS WORKS and CASS View provides query and selection of records in one application and display in the other. This allows the user to query and select records in the most appropriate manner and work with the same records in either a graphical or records display.
